My Boxing Fitness Journey
I am currently in the best shape of my life at 52 years old because I took the plunge into fitness boxing. I train 4 times per week for about an hour a session and the results were dramatic in the first four weeks. Better yet I have continued to keep off the fat and increase muscle mass while totally enjoying my workout. This website is all about my journey but more importantly how you can be the fittest version of yourself.
My goal is to show you different ways to enjoy boxing fitness as I have. What you will always find are honest opinions and reviews, workouts that I have personally done and equipment I feel will help you. I have tried to make this a place where you can find everything you need to be successful in losing weight and getting to the best shape of your life.
